I like my luxe but the included band doesn't work for me. It gets really itchy, sticky and uncomfortable on my somewhat hairy wrist, especially during/after workouts. I feel like the leather bands wouldn't be much better in this regard so the woven band is probably a good option but can people weigh in on their experience with the different options available?

I personally find the leather or the metal bands more comfortable than either the silicone or the woven ones, but obviously your experience may be different!

Hi @ndesroches Actually, @Julia_G is right. We're all different in what works for us. I've only used the silicon bands that come with the Fitbit, so I can't say anything about the woven or leather ones. Some people who have used the woven bands have said they need to clean them as they tend to hold onto odors, so that might be something to consider when deciding on a new band. Since you sweat when working out, have you considered trying a terry sports band under the Luxe? It should still pick up your heart rate, but it would, at least, help absorb some of the moisture which is making you feel uncomfortable. Give it a try and let us know what happens.

I have a third-party woven band that stretches to pull over the hand. I like that a lot. The only downside is that when it gets wet (rain/shower) it holds the water for a while. Not an issue for workouts. I think the fitbit woven band looks better and I don't think it stretches, but I was looking for something I don't have to buckle and unbuckle.
