Hi, my Luxe won’t turn on, and is fully charged. It vibrates and shows the fitbit icon, which then quickly disappears, and the screen is blank again. I have tried re-setting by pressing the button on the charging cable but nothing has worked. The app shows that it is fully charged

Thank you for bringing to my attention this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Luxe. Thanks for trying to fix it on your own.
Please, make sure that the device is syncing. After it syncs, change the clock face.
If you are still having the issue, try to sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner icon > Luxe > Sync Now.
If Sync Now doesn’t work, ask tap the upper left corner icon > Luxe > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears.
Besides that, perform again a restart as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
