Luxe doesn't start

I recently bought Fitbit luxe from Amazon and less than 3 months in, the device isn't starting up and is completely non-responsive. No matter how long I keep it to charge, it doesn't start at all. Tried connecting the charging cable and pressing the button 3 times but still nothing happens. Any leads? As I believe it's well within the warranty period, what can I do as next step?

Hi @DDeftDude  with Amazon purchases, it's important that your Fitbit was sold by Amazon, since not every seller on Amazon is able to give you the Fitbit warranty. Try support first and see if they can help you. Should your item not be covered by Fitbit's warranty, get with Amazon about it.
