Luxe has developed horizontal lines on the screen

Yesterday my screen went white. I checked the forums, changed my watch face and since then it’s just showing as glitching black and white horizontal and vertical lines. A bit like a broken television! Have tried resetting but no luck. It appears to be syncing with my phone (iPhone 12 Pro).

Hi, @Nicki_M I would recommend retrying the reset procedure and also try changing the clock face a second time.  Be sure to sync your Fitbit after changing the clock face.  If that still doesn’t work you may want to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com .  Be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.  They will let you know your options.
