Luxe is acting odd

The watch doesn't hold a charge, it keeps turning off, it charges all night and the screen won't turn back on. Last week it wouldn't sync to display the correct time. I just got it in February, how do I get it replaced?

Hi there, @Rwolf27. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

As a first approach, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If the battery keeps draining after the steps above, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? 

The time should be corrected once you manage to sync your device as your Luxe grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
