Luxe is crashing when using the exercise app

The fitbit when using the exercise mode, bike,  walk, etc freezes up the watch doesn't work. Screen stays black and the watch doesn't work 

Have to charge it to get it to work again , sad and disappointed.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
