My Luxe worked fine until recently. Twice, while I was in exercise mode, my luxe stopped working and crushed. Only after I connected it to the charger it came alive.
My battery was not empty, it was around 50%.

Hi there, @Hadas. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is crashing while exercising. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi @MarreFitbit,
I've already tried the Sync Now option, after the first time it crushed.
I've also done the reset option, since without it the Luxe would have stayed off.
You can close this issue since I've already purchased a new watch (not Fitbit).
Thanks for trying to help
