Luxe is dead

I was able to synch this morning @ 11:00, about an hour later, the device is completely dead. The screen is black with a small copper colored horizontal line going thru it. The battery was at 51% at 11:00 am. I have tried charging, restarting as suggested, nothing is helping....so very disappointed. Will be the last Fitbit product I purchase, I will find a different brand.
