Have been using my Luxe for a year with no problems. Received usual notification that the battery was low, so I tried charging it. Luxe screen now reads "critical" in red and shows 0% even though it is plugged in to charge.
What's the problem and the remedy, please?
Is there a "normal" life span to this device?
