My Luxe is displaying the wrong date - 17 days behind - and time - 3.5 hours slower. I have disconnected the app/device, manually reset the time, switched between Fitbit account and Google account, and reset my device. None of these have worked. I have not been in a different time zone. Are there any other options?

I charged my fitbit luxe and after charging the time moved 5 hours ahead. I have gone through all of the steps mentioned in the help area and the community, none of it has fixed my luxe! I don't know what to do other than to buy a new watch that is not a fitbit.

I would return and get an Inspire. I have nothing but trouble with my Luxe.I tried for ages to get the Luxe to work properly by resetting, rebooting, re-everything but it still would not charge fullly and came up with wrong date and time so had to sync after each charge to get the right time and date. it ran out of power/black screen after a few hours and when I plugged into recharge it was still showing 70 or 80% battery charged? It was a complete waste of money. Just bought a new Fitbit Inspire not as nice to look at but it works Hurray!!! and the charge lastest for days not hours!! if yours is still in warranty I would send it back and get a refund and swop to the cheaper Inspire. There is obviously a reason Fitbit are not selling the Luxe model anymore.

My Mum has a luxe and it is doing the same thing - we have removed and reinstalled a couple of times and now the battery is dead despite it being fully charged last night. Anyone got any ideas other than what has been mentioned and which we have tried?
Thank you in advancd
