I have read through chats back to 2021 advising that there is a problem with the luxe SE gorjana band. I bought one this year (sadly didn't check for faults first). The strap was not flush with the watch but clicked into place. Now it has come loose and is lost. I'm gutted. The most fitbit will do is offer a discount on a new one! What a rip off! Surely they should be trying to fix known problems rather than just keep on selling products not fit for purpose?
