As soon as I place the watch in the charger it quickly changes it to 100% charged. How can it charge so quickly? How can I correct this so that my watch really charges?

Hi there, @PaulineTO. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not charging properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Luxe on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

For the longest time my watch was working perfectly but now since July I am not able to use timer, alarm etc as my watch will become non responsive and I have to attach watch to cord. It still will show that the battery has a charge. As soon as put watch on charger it will show battery at 98% then 100. No way can Fitbit be charged that quickly. Should take 1 to 2 hours. Why is this happening?
