Luxe is not syncing

Luxe does not sync automatically. This is my 3rd Fitbit but first Luxe model. I spend way too much time syncing. I’ve deleted app, restarted, etc. but no luck.  Purchased in April but can’t exchange. Not happy with this product.

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1654472795912.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I’m trying this and it’s not working. It keeps telling me to abort adding the luxe.

Same here in fact mine has completely stopped working despite it still having enough battery power left

Same here… I’ve done all the troubleshooting and support chat multiple times…. It takes forever to sync each day and most days I give up.is it the device or the app? So frustrating.

I’m having the same issue! 
says it can’t synced. I’ve tried the reset, but it doesn’t help. 
on my phone it says it’s charged, but the device keeps saying to put it on the charger. 
it worked perfectly for 2 months now it’s frustrating to even use it!

Tried all of suggested steps and it doesn’t work! My last Fitbit Charge lasted for 3 years with no issues

Same!  My old model lasted years with no issues.  I love the look and function of the luxe but the syncing is a major problem and I may have to switch to Garmin or apple because customer service has been no help at all.

I’ve done everything as well. It’s so frustrating. I purchased in April and
had issues immediately. Unfortunately I waited beyond the 45 days to report
it, and now it’s tough luck. This is my last Fitbit. My other 2 were so
reliable but this Luxe model is awful.
