Hi there, @rezvat7. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

As @Julia_G has mentioned, this issue should be solved once you sync your Luxe as your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if  you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, @rezvat7 don’t worry, as soon as you start wearing and syncing your Luxe again all should be back to normal.

First, please make sure your Luxe has had a good charge - 2 hours in a charger known to be working using the cable supplied when you bought it should be fine

Then on your smartphone or tablet open the Fitbit app and sign in if you are prompted.  If your Luxe is nearby hopefully it will update itself to today’s date and time and you will be off and running.
