My Luxe is ahead 2 days. Today is May 6, 2024 and my display shows May 8th. The time is correct and I have just synced the device.

Did you already sync your Fitbit device? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time and date if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time and date of the device you're syncing with.
If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, please make sure that your Luxe is up-to-date.
