Luxe is showing the wrong time

time zone is correct, bit time on the screen is incotrrect 

any idea what to do?

Hi there, @BGS_1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

 

Note that the time on your Fitbit Luxe may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Luxe is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

thanks yr info

but it does not work

unfortunstely there is on synch with my phone possible now 

I am realy frustrated

@BGS_1 I understand how frustrating this can be. 

 

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I will return the watch and close the experience with Fitbit Luxe

This process did not work for me, I've also tried restarting my Luxe and changing the watch face.

@thumpermama If the above steps didn't work, I would try a factory reset to see if that fixes the issue.
