Somehow my hour number got off by one hour and I can’t figure how to advance by one hour. Minutes are correct. Help!

Hi there, @WindyM. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. @LZeeW Thanks for your help!
keep in mind that your Luxe may show the wrong date and time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
To see when was the last time your watch synced or to check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Luxe may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Luxe is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Hello @WindyM and welcome to the Community. Please try the following. Tap on your profile image in the upper left > scroll down to App Settings > Time Zone. Toggle the Set Automatically to Off, then toggle it back on. Does the correct time zone show below it? Sync your Luxe.
