Luxe is stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Fitbit Luxe is stuck on the screen logo, only time it will turn off is when battery goes dead. I have tried a restart from the charge cord and will not restart. Will not sync to phone or change screens. Any suggestions?

HI @CCBOLL06,

 

If your device is still under warranty from where you purchased it, I would take it back and see if I could exchange it.  Clearly something is wrong with the screen, but all the troubleshooting in the world from your end will not help you.
