Luxe is syncing again

Hi Luxe Users

I just got off with tech support and they were able to get my device syncing.

I asked them to post here but she is not in that department 

I recommend calling!!

Thank you for sharing with us the update that your Luxe is syncing again. I am happy to know that together with the support the issue was resolved.

If anyone else is having trouble syncing their Luxe with the Fitbit app, I suggest to follow the steps as described in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
