Luxe is tracking but no screen display

My luxe tracks and syncs but I have no screen display apart from a line of dots at the top of the screen.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe.

 

I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can try to change the clock face of your Luxe.

Many thanks. After numerous attempts at restart whilst connected to the charger it’s now working. I had tried this previously but it didn’t work hence me posting in the community. No rhyme or reason with tech sometimes!😀.  Many thanks again
