Last night I went to bed after midnight and around 11:30 I wasn't even in bed, I was in the living room sitting and talking with my family, but Fitbit has decided that's around the time I went to sleep. Even when I got up from the sofa and got ready for bed, it just shows the odd minute or two of wakefulness during these times when I was actually stood up doing things.
Has anyone else has this kind of issue, and is there something I can do to resolve it? It also tracked time I was in bed on my phone as time asleep, which is less surprising, but I'd really like to get an accurate picture of my sleep patterns and tracking time when I'm not even in bed as time asleep is just bizarre.

Hi, @polarbrod, welcome, you may find this article of interest How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? You may find changing the sleep setting normal/sensitive will resolve your concerns.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
