Hi!
I have used my fitbit luxe for about a week, wore it to bed last night, and woke up the screen is malfunctioning. It responds by flashing colors and did not track my sleep last night how it usually does.
I have not been wearing my watch during the day to avoid water damage and have had it for such a little time I'm not sure what could have gone wrong. I tried restarting and changing the clock face and it has since been completely unresponsive.
Please advise! I was super excited to incorporate this product into my daily routine.
