Luxe is unresponsive

My fitbit screen just stopped working randomly. I charged it fully there were just 4 dots on the bottom of the screen. I unsynced it frome my app & can't re-sync it due to the screen not working. How can I fit the screen. Nothing works. Tapping, charging, nothing.

Hi @Sheshe567 Have you tried Restarting  your Luxe? If not, give that a try. The other thing to try is to change the clock face in the app. Sadly if those don't help the  it is probably dying

Hi there, @Sheshe567. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

As a first approach, please follow @NellyG's tips and recommendations as it seems like your Versa 4 ran out of battery. If afterwards you keep getting the Fitbit logo on the screen, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.

Thank you for this thorough response. I have been trying to fix this issue for months. I followed your steps and have a normally functioning luxe for the first time in almost a year.
