My luxe has just stopped working . It’s completely dead . I’ve tried to charge it and no response . I’ve not had it two years . So frustrating .

Hello @Hayes16684 and welcome to the Community. Have you tried cleaning your charging contacts? Debris can accumulate. Fitbit recommends cleaning the device contacts with a toothbrush and plain water. Carefully clean the charging cable contacts with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Be very careful, so you don't push in a pin. Look closely at the charging cable contacts. If a pin gets pushed in, you will need to replace it. Did you also try a different charging block?

I have the same problem. Have cleaned the heads. I don't have another charger to try. Other thoughts?

I think they meant try using the charger in a different place (e.g. plugged into a wall or other known working USB area)
