My Fitbit Luxe stopped working unless it was charging. I reached out to myhelp.Fitbit.com and they suggested I change my clock face. Once I did that it started working! Yay. But, when I went back to find another clock face that I could actually see, I discovered most of them were “unavailable”. Now, I can barely read the time and date, they’re so tiny. I can tap to get my heart rate, but the steps are no longer visible on my Fitbit. I have to look at the App. What the heck??? My Fitbit is only 2 years old. This is unacceptable.
