So far my Luxe has the following issues:
- I think heart rate and calories burned is way off while swimming. Keeps accurate yard count
- battery lasts 3 days at best from a charge of 100%
- frequently will drop notifications to include alarm, text and call alerts. I have to go back and reestablish the notifications often

Just recieved mine Monday and it has been issues from the get go! Was able to set it up and sync it to my account and then 10 minutes later it went to a blank screen and would not sync. Attached it back to the charger (thinking it needed to charge further) but it showed near full battery level. Tried the three button tap restart, which reactivated the screen... yeah, worked for like 2 minutes and died again. So I set it aside and went back to it later that night...
Thought I got it working before bed, but woke up to find that it died during the night with no memory or tracking. Attached it back to the charger and tried a restart again. This time around, it shuts off immediately after being removed from the charger.
Contacted customer service via chat... nothing. Contacted customer service via phone... was told that I would recieve an email from a specialist... a day later, still no email.
So, I guess that I get to call customer service again today. I'm really hoping that the issue gets resolved soon. I really liked this company and it's products, but I'm getting the feeling that this is not going to end well and I'm going to be left with a dud product and no replacement or refund.

I am super disappointed. In reading other comments about heart rate while swimming, a response from Fitbit said that NONE of the Fitbit devices track heart rate while swimming. The light used to read heart rate doesn't travel through water, so won't work when wet. That is the ENTIRE reason I bought the device.
Anyone here know of a device that DOES track heart rate while swimming? I really prefer it not look like a big square watch, and I don't want to wear a chest strap.

I have the battery issues. Bought luxe early July. Battery was great at first…lasting more than a week. Now its 3 days at best.

I am affected by the last issue. It is super frustrating as I used to have a Garmin watch before and always used the alarm on my watch, but because this luxe can’t stay connected to my phone I can’t rely on the alarms to work. It makes no sense. We went through support once right after getting the watch, it was fixed for about a day, then stopped working again. Just today I had to manually sync my watch to the phone, set an alarm for a few minutes later and it still didn’t work. And no, DND is not on. I do occasional get text messages which is weird.
