Luxe keeps losing time

Same for me after many restarts of Fitbit luxe and deleting app.  Rubbish after 18mths usefulness.

I've moved your post to the Luxe board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details and the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry you've had this experience with your tracker. To look into this, may I know if your Luxe is syncing correctly with the Fitbit app? Also, is the correct time zone selected on the Fitbit app?

Because your post didn't mention, let's give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove your Luxe from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  4. Select your Luxe, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Monitor its behavior in the next few days and keep me posted.
