Luxe keeps powering off randomly

Ever since I bought luxe Fitbit and I mean day one. The Fitbit keeps powering off randomly. I will have to plug the charger in to wake it back up. I miss data several times. What is this?

I spoke to Fitbit customer service this morning. I am gonna get a replacement. But I honestly think it’s the device itself
