I know there's a list of 'related topics' to my issue, but every one of them is locked so pretty useless in finding a solution that will actually work. I've reset it, I've changed the face, I've done all the things stated in the various issues relating to this and now I'm getting ready to throw it out the window. I'm losing exercise mins, I'm losing zone mins, it's not acceptable. This is NOT an old watch, and it's just recently started happening so what's going on Google/Fitbit?

Hi there, @Trekker99. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still turning itself off. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Luxe and report that the screen is no longer working, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I’m having exactly the same issue, Luze isn’t even 2 years old. I’ve also done everything on the previous threads and still nothing, really disappointed

You’re saying this lady has brought it to your attention but actually looking through the threads it’s been brought to your attention a number of times yet the problem continues

I could also use some help with the same issue. My Fitbit keeps turning itself off. It's not old enough to throw it away. Please help.

Same with mine. It started by switching off every time I want to start an exercise or end and exercise, regardless of it being fully charged, synced etc. Now it only stays on for about 20 seconds. I have done everything that people have recommended. There is no update available. So basically I can just chuck it in the bin because I can’t use it if it turns off after 20 seconds and I can’t use it if it only stays on while on charge. So whats the point.

I have the impression that since the last software update of the watch the problem happens.Would it be possible for fitbit to publish a new version of the software which is identical to the previous one to be able to update our coach and see if this resolves the issue ?
