Luxe keeps turning itself off

My Luxe turns off as though it's completely dead very often - without warning, without the battery getting low. When I plug it in, it turns back on and the battery could be anywhere from 60% to 90% charged as soon as I plug it in. The device has quickly become useless - I'm losing tracking almost every day. Did the most recent update a couple days ago and the problem has not gone away.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
