Luxe keeps turning off

My Fitbit luxe will randomly shut off during the day, even with full battery. When I plug it in, it turns back on but with an inaccurate time and all the data since it has off is lost.

As a first approach, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
