Luxe keeps turning off

Hi, anyone else having this issue and resolved it? Luxe keeps randomly shutting down with no warning. (Meaning I don’t receive my wake up alarm if happens overnight!) I also seem to lose battery pretty quickly now, so presume the two issues are linked in some way. Thanks for any advice.

Hi there, @Tracy06. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Luxe. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Regarding the battery, I'd recommend taking a look at the tips recommended in this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Hi,

I have tried your suggestions and they haven’t helped. I have also seen other posts and messages from people having the same issue. My luxe still keeps randomly switching off. It goes back to Fitbit logo when I initiate charging. Then have random time displayed for a while once charged, along with different levels of battery life. IE it dies completely but when put on charge it’s says 80%!!!!

I am not the only person having this issue and imagine we would all appreciate an answer. Thanks
