Luxe keeps turning off

Luxe will shut off even with good battery life. When I put it on charger it will start up and show a good battery charge. At times if I take it off and on charger it will show 95% then 65%, back and forth like it doesn’t know how much battery is charged. Frustrating to be in middle of an activity to find it has shut down so no accurate information is gathered. Any ideas?

Mine is also doing the same. I've tried resetting by pressing the button 3 times on the flat end of the charger(bit that plugs into plug) but it's still doing it

The fix was a 35% off code for a new one. I have found many people who have complained about this issue so it is definitely a known problem. The 35% discount seems to be the standard answer.

that’s the only fix. Support gave me a 35% off code. But because this is a known issue, i am not sure I will purchase a luxe. Thinking of going with the sense 2

My fitbit Luxe is having issues. I used to charge once a week but now have to charge everyday or it goes flat overnight. It is a real nuisance.  I dont know who to contact or how to reset. What should i do?
