Luxe screen won't scroll anymore

My Fitbit quit scrolling.  All it does is show the time.  I cannot access any of the apps. It won't go up or down, or side to side.  Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi @Empear  since a restart is generally the first step to take and you can't do that with a non-functioning screen, you'll want support.
