Luxe keeps vibrating when I already answer a call

Fitbit luxe continually vibrating whilst on an active call. This issue has started today I’m operating on iOS 15.4.1 but have been since that update came out I’m not sure why it started today can someone please help me to turn it off

Hello, there @Gonzarelli. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

This shouldn't happen, and since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Luxe > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Versa Luxe and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Luxe and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
