Luxe not syncing with WeWards

Trying to sync my Fitbit with a third party app called WeWards.  Any help will be appreciated.

Please make sure to follow the steps listed here below:

  3. Reconnect the app with your account. For instructions, see How do I connect Fitbit with another app?

If you have trouble syncing Fitbit with another app, contact the developer of the app.
