Luxe not auto-tracking exercise

This started happening on Monday this week.  Maybe there was some kind of an update causing a glitch? My Luxe would always auto-identify and record exercise - not always the correct exercise, but it would record something.  It stopped doing this.  It is still showing under zone minutes that I have 20 fat burning minutes and 40 cardio minutes for a certain time period, for example, but it is not identifying that as exercise.  I only get credit for exercise for the day if I go back in and manually log aerobics 40 minutes, or whatever, for that time period. Then it shows the exercise with the applicable zone minutes under exercise.  I have tried rebooting it, I have tried restarting it.  I have tried turning the heart-rate off and on, I have tried setting up the Luxe again as a replacement device - as these were all things recommended for this or other problems.  Nothing has worked.
