Luxe not charging properly

  • I have a Luxe and it keeps going unresponsive - it won’t wake up until I plug it to charge but when I do the device wakes up and says battery is full. Works for a couple of hours normally and then becomes unresponsive again - can anyone help?

same here... sad it looks like this is the end of fitbit.  most accurate tracker i ever found.  hate to see this.

Hi @ManuFitbit - thanks for your reply

i have tried these fixes before reaching out - I have even tried a factory reset and making sure the device is up to date with latest updates.

The last time the fault happened was yesterday - I was halfway through a guided breathing exercise ad the device died - when I plugged it into charge it had 70% battery.

Hi same problem after a full charge on a

brand new Luxe it dies after two days. 

I have reset,  it minimized all functions contacted FB no further contact. This is my 4th Luxe and not my 1st rodeo.

I have the same issue.  Replaced the charger and worked for a couple of months but now same issue.
