Hi there
i bought a Fitbit luxe last September and it has been fine since then. However, suddenly it seems to have gone dead and will not charge at all.
i have utilised the guidance online with pressing the button on the charging cable three times with a second in between and then also disconnecting three times in eight seconds. I have also left it on charge for two hours. None of these have worked, although very occasionally I have seen the little green light on the bottom of the watch flashing.
any help grateful received as it should last longer than 8 months!
