Luxe not mapping my exercises

I have tried several things like erasing it from the app , reboot it nothing works it tells me what I did with calories, minutes & heart rate zones but that's it i have the app.with the gps running all rhe time also on my phone location on. I used to have a inspire hr wich also didn't map my rides or walks that's why i bought this one thinking it will but im frustrated.
