This is not working properly. I’ve tried everything. It will not Sync fully. Is not giving me notifications. Nothing I’ve set through my phone settings work. I want to return this. It was a waste of money and has only caused me frustration.

Just received my new Fitbit less than a week ago. This is my second Fitbit. I loved my first one but it was outdated. I’m so so didsappointed with this Luxe. It will not sync properly. Does not give me notifications. It’s tracking is off while walking today it showed less miles than my phone. I started them at the same time. This was a waste of my money. Very disappointed.

Hi @Amregg you try restarting the device? You do need a compatible phone to use. Which platform do you have - iOS or Android? The more you can tell us, the better to assist you. If purchased from Fitbit directly, there is a 45 day return policy. If you got it from another retailer, they will have a different return window.
