Luxe not tracking anything

Had the luxe 1 week. All fine until I had to charge it. Since then it is not tracking anything. Sensors do not light up, no heart rate, steps, sleep tracking. It’s an expensive purchase and I wish I had not bought it. Much cheaper versions that do a better job. Any idea how I can get the sensors working and lighting up? I’ve restarted and rest. Made no difference. So disappointed and angry. Stupidly threw the box away,  I’m due a refund if this cannot be corrected.
