Luxe not tracking distance correctly

Recently my Luxe stopped tracking distance for walks and bike rides correctly and the maps are wrong. In some cases a segment is missing and in others only a small part of the trip is recorded. However, it gets the time and HR information correct. It's not a failure of my phone gps because other apps get things right as long they are aren't linked to Fitbit. What's up and how do I fix it?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to track your activities properly. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.

 

If you haven't done so, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Luxe and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1654473925051.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
