Hello,
I've had the Fitbit Luxe for 5 days, 4 nights now and there are a number of issues, mainly related to sleep and heart rate.
1) The fitbit often has trouble tracking my heart rate. I also see that the green sensor light is not always on consistently (don't know if this is relevant).
2) I have not received any sleep data from 2 out of 4 nights.
3) The other 2 nights I only received 2 hours of sleep data. I woke up after 2 hours and the Luxe didn't track anything after that.
I've had the Fitbit in various positions on my wrist (more up, more down, inside wrist, looser, tighter, etc.). This didn't help.
I find it very unfortunate that this feature, perhaps the most important in my opinion, causes such problems. I ask you to look at this critically and I would like to contact you personally.

I’m having the same problem with sleep app. It is the reason I got it. Ready to return and get another if I can’t contact them. I found how to contact them in the phone app but didn’t have time at the moment. Now have to search for it again. Maybe you can find it and contact them yourself instead of waiting on them.

Does anyone know how to contact them directly? Having the same issue as cris.
