Luxe not turning on

I haven't used my fitbit for a couple on months but it has been on the charger.  I have tried to restart it by the button on the charger but not responding.  Is the battery not charging?

Please make sure to follow all the troubleshooting steps listed in the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
