My Fitbit Luxe randomly turns itself off. sometimes it won't synch with my app. The Fitbit showed 75% charged but the screen is blank and won't come on. I have followed all steps to restart the device, but the issue remains. Is this a push to force me into buying a new one, the device is only over a year old. This is not a charging issue, is more of a bug, how do you clear it? I noticed I'm not the only one with this issue, which remains unresolved.
