My fitbit is synced to my phone and the time zone is correct. Around 10:12pm (CT), my fitbit vibrated and I checked to see if it was a notification but it wasn't. Instead all my stats had reset to 0 even though it was not midnight and I hadn't touched anything. Is this a sync or software issue? How do I fix this?

While reading your post I was wondering if you just got your Luxe? If so, I'd like to know if when this happened your Luxe was already paired to your Fitbit account? If this happened before you paired your Luxe, I'd say that this was an expected behavior.
With that being said, please make sure that your Luxe was properly paired to your Fitbit account. For more information, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, I would ask you to keep an eye on your Luxe. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
