Luxe screen won't scroll

Had it less than 24 hrs and now I can't scroll on the face of it. Not happy.

Congrats on your new Fitbit Luxe. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced.

 

Please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

Whether the restart doesn't work, you can try to change the clock face of your Tracker.
