I have a luxe that was bought during black Friday deal at Kohl's last year. My screen has turned blue, it glitches, and battery doesn't last a full day. Is this still under warranty? If so what do I need to do?

Hello, @Izzyrenee07. Welcome on board! If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My Luxe just started do this to me today. It was fine yesterday, but I woke up to a blue screen this morning.
