My luxe fell off this morning again.
It's still not giving me any sleep details. The auto wake when you turn your wrist still doesn't work.
Everything worked for the first 5 weeks.
I have done everything I was advised to do, it clearly didn't work.
I paid alot of money, so I expected it to work. If I had wanted something to not work properly I would have bought something cheap from amazon.

Hi, @Flower66 , many apologies, for going back to basics, but it is always difficult to know specifically what you have tried when you say you have done everything advised…
So, the most usual reason for not getting sleep details is if your Luxe cannot consistently (or at all!) detected your heartrate while you were sleeping. Are the green lights on the back of the Fitbit flashing? Have you checked to ensure that HR is turned on? (You can find this in the settings menu by swiping down when on the Clock face.
In order for screen wake to work you need to have the “auto wake” setting set to ON, sleep mode must be OFF and Do Not Disturb must also be OFF. These settings can all be found by a down swipe from the clock face.
If the settings are correct and you are still having difficulty with the screen wake, I have found that sometimes it can take a little practice to get the wrist movement just right (slightly raise your arm and then give it a quick flick towards you). Once you get the hang of it it should work pretty much every time.
To ensure that the band is on firmly, and won’t fall off you need to press it in until you hear a little click. I once had a Fitbit that I guess was a little temperamental about clicking in on one side (I wasn’t sure if it was the band or the attachement) but I found that by switching which side it was attached to solved the problem, so I just swapped the band sides over, if you see what I mean. It clicked in nicely when attached to one side, just not the other…
If your band is not fully attached and liable to fall off that will also mean that you don’t get sleep details…. It might be worth experimenting with a different band (or try the large/small one that came with your Fitbit) as well as swapping over the sides and making sure you get a good click in.
I hope this helps! Please post again with more details if you continue to have difficulty. If it worked for 5 weeks I am guessing that either the band is now not properly attached, or one of your settings has got changed.
